In honor of national chocolate chip cookie day, we will be celebrating at ESPN Radio with these chocolate chip cookies. They are made with browned butter and bread flour. I was in a hurry today, so i needed a recipe with melted butter. No time to chill, so bread flour helps with the cookies from spreading too much.

Spoon your flour from your flour bag into your measuring cup so you get the right amount. And preheat your oven before baking.
