I substituted 1/4 cup toasted active yeast (also can use 1/4 cup ground cashews or almonds)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 /4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup finely ground peanuts (opt)
Cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and egg. Add dry ingredients then ground peanuts (if using) divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll in sugar. Chill 2 hours or more.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. No longer
